Highlighter is a product that can completely change your beauty look and at Gia Minerals we got you covered to create that perfect luminous glowing Oscar look like Chrissy Teigen, Jennifer Aniston, Jennifer Lopez, Zoe Saldana.
When highlighter is applied correctly it can perk up your complexion, accentuate the features you love, and even camouflage aging skin. I love highlighters and think they are the secret to a healthy youthful glow. Highlighters can help minimize dark circles, decrease the look of wrinkles, and mimic a facelift with appropriate placement. The key is choosing a proper highlighter and knowing how to use it. You want to choose a highlighter that gives skin a slight glowing sheen whether it’s a pink or golden tone with light-reflecting particles to enhance your favorite features. . Highlighter should be applies after your foundation. I like to apply it after my bronzer and my blush. It’s usually the last step of my makeup routine
There are five main areas to apply highlighter:
Cheekbones: On your cheeks blend the highlighter on the highest point of your cheekbone and up towards your temple. Banish under-eye circles by applying a bit of bronzer on the cheekbones, where light naturally hits the face. My favorite is to also layer a glimmering product with your blush to create a rosy glow on the apples of your cheeks.
Inner Eyes: Erase tired eyes by dabbing a highlighter eye shadow in the inner corners of your eyes. You'll look wide awake, even if you're partying until dawn. Great for day look and evening look.
Cupid's bow: Dab highlighter just above your lips in the cupid's bow area to give your lips a fuller and a pouty appearance.
